Our Mission

Sunny California Restoration is so much more than a restoration company. We live by our motto of “We Bring a Bright Future.” Though we radiate out from the Santa Clarita Valley many miles to assist our neighbors in their time of need, I am proud to have traveled far and wide to help our distant neighbors through the years.

My name is BJ Gabledon, and I proudly operate this Water, Fire, Mold, Odor, and Sewage restoration company. My qualifications and commitments to excellence are abundant and reflect the qualities of our technicians.

• Wildfires in Central and Northern California from Ventura and Santa Rosa to the Napa Valley in 2017 and 2018
• A referral around the corner from our HQ

Large loss events like those above were challenges that our team from Sunny California Restoration took on with gusto and a firm desire to minimize the flood damage and charred structures. My Insurance Subrogation Training, certified by a Service of William Stewart Associates, Inc., enhances our abilities to secure large and small-scale projects, provide honest and fair results, and relieve the hardships and stress of unintended damages for our customers.

My industry experience also encompasses efforts closer to our home base. I have managed projects in Los Angeles skyscrapers, Downtown LA, exquisitely crafted celebrity homes in Hollywood, and residential and commercial properties throughout the Santa Clarita area. I am a certified Xactimate user, utilizing the industry-leading software program for successful bidding and budgeting. My General Contractor’s License is CLSB# 1109132 from the State of California, which rounds out my extensive background and qualifications in my chosen field.
